 Wind Mitigation Inspection, $100

A detailed visual evaluation of 8 areas of the home to determine features and add-ons that reduce the amount of damage your home may suffer in the event of a hurricane or strong windstorm. This optional inspection may result in some level of property insurance discount.

 4-Point Inspection, $100

For older homes; focuses on 4 main areas: HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning), electrical wiring and panels, plumbing connections and fixtures, and roof. Required by insurance companies before quoting on insurance.

 Full Home Inspection, $350+

For homes for sale, a non-invasive inspection of the ground, structure, exterior surfaces, interior rooms, windows, doors and trim, roof, attic, kitchen, bathrooms and other spaces, visible electrical and plumbing, and heating/cooling system. Price based on square footage.

 Thermal Imaging Inspection, $250

Can show owners repairable problems with energy loss, water leaks, weak insulation, and faulty wiring, so problems can be repaired before becoming major damage.

 Roof Inspection, $150

Evaluates and reports on the condition of existing roofs so owners understand their roofing problems, if any, and can make the right decisions.

 Indoor Air Quality Testing, $175+

Evaluates how the air in a home can affect a person’s health, comfort, and ability to work. Checks temperature, humidity, ventilation, mold from water damage, exposure to chemicals. Price based on square footage.

 Mobile Home Inspection, $300+

A complete inspection of the mobile home from the roof to the ground. There are specific areas that are thoroughly inspected such as roofs, plumbing, electricity, heating and cooling, and flooring. Evaluates whether the home is properly supported and anchored for protection from strong winds or hurricanes. $25 to $50 surcharge beyond servicing area.
